Booked in for a one night stay, booking confirmation clearly stated "sea view". The room, which was small, looked onto the scruffiest back yard I have ever seen - broken hotel furniture, broken childrens' toys etc. Asked for a change of room but were told that there were no other rooms available and they had no record of us booking a sea view. Luckily, had email with us to prove our point. Manager then offered the room we had free of charge - generous, but just as well, as the tatty, unrefurbished bathroom had absolutely no hot water throughout our stay! When I say tatty, I mean broken window pain, mouldy seal around bath, ancient shower, half used toilet rolls etc. However, the meal we ate in the restaurant, and the breakfast, were both fabulous, i really could not fault them. So I would say eat there, but do not stay!
