Have been many times. Owners always pleased to see you and assist. Hotel spotless. Bedrooms very comfortable. Excellent breakfats. Cannot fault it.

First went 3 years ago, and were blown away by this hotel. It was spotlessly clean, splendid decore, new TV's with DVD players and a library, and fantastic food. Due to the fact that they were booked up, ehe following 2 years, we tried the Lauriston, which was ok, but suffered from miserable owners, and the Waverley, which was filthy.

This year, we were lucky to get in again, and the standards are just as good, if not better. Warm welcomes from the owners, were followed by gasps of delight when we went into the room. Again, wonderful decore, wall mounted TV, classy tea and coffee options, a phone that uses normal BT rates, amazing shower and bathroom, and once again, truely spotless, which is my main concern whenever we goanywhere.

I would reccomend this hotel to anyone who goes to Llandudno. It cannot be beaten.

This Hotel is truly a touch of luxury!. The room I staid in (18) had a beautiful four poster bed, that with it's huge feather duvet ,made it the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. The room was emaculate and had everything I needed. Toiletries were provided and the tea tray had a choice of decaffienated coffee and biscuits.
There was a flat screenTV and a good choice of DVD's were provided.

The Breakfast was just fabulous. Fresh sliced fruit and yoghurts were among the first choice, along with cooked Breakfast and the jams etc were presented in individual jars. The staff were friendly and efficient and Linda, the Host was always on hand. There is also a lift to all floors (always a good thing!)

All in all, I enjoyed my stay and would recommend this Hotel to everyone who likes a bit of luxury and high standards.
