I had the pleasure of staying at Holcombe House for five nights, September 13th to September 17th inc. Karen and Tony obviously take great pride in their hotel and in the way they treat their guests. Everything about Holcombe House is excellent, from the standards of cleanliness and the standards of decor to the extremely delicious breakfasts! (THOSE I shall miss!)
Oh! how I wished I could have stayed longer, but I just HAD to return to the sunshine in Spain, but rest assured I shall return!

We booked a week's holiday here and everything during our stay exceeded our expectations, due to the hard work and professionalism of Karen and Tony. Accommodation and hospitality were of the highest order and our hosts could not have been more friendly, helpful and welcoming. As previous comments state, nothing was too much trouble and the personal touch offers so much more than larger hotels. We came away feeling that Karen and Tony are firm friends who we look forward to staying with again. Bobby and Elizabeth

Karen and Tony are excellent hosts and made us feel very welcome. We were in a family room which was a good size, well equipped, warm and pretty. The beds were very comfortable too.

Breakfast was fantastic with everything from fresh fuit and yogurt to toast and a full cooked breakfast with tea or coffee and juice.

We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend Holcombe House to anyone wanting to visit Llandudno.

We stayed here for the weekend 12th Aug -15th Aug 2011 . Karen and Tony were fabulous hosts , warm and welcoming with a pot of tea or coffee on arrival which was a really nice touch .Nothing was too much trouble for them . Holcombe House is ideally situated being close to all the Llandudno attractions . The whole is house was exceptionally clean and tidy . Great value for money too !We would certainly recommend this B&B to friends and family alike .
