great location, great accommodation, great breakfast.

Paid for a bed & breakfast stay and on arrival was told that if you wanted cooked items it would be extra, £4 for 3 items & £6 for 7 items. Room was very small. Security was not this hotels strong point, went out in the morning and locked room door but on return at around 1pm found room had been made up but room door unlocked and left ajar! So if you have anything of value please take it with you as I wouldn't like to guarantee that it will still be there on your return. The hotel is in the process of 'updating' the rooms so the place smells of paint as the rooms being decorated have their doors propped open 24hrs a day. The shower room has a lock but doesn't lock, the lock engages but the door mechanism doesn't fit the frame so does not lock. One of my children had someone walk in on them, luckily they noticed and spoke so the person opening the door retreated and closed the door. Very bad if you have children.

Taking at trip South East in the UK is a great experience. Especially when you are met with friendliness, service and flexibility like we were. Searching for accommodation at school holiday turned out to be more difficult than expected - but luckily we (1 adult and 2 teens) got in touch with Katie. No questioned asked an extrabed was mingled into a double room. Next day the bed was transported to the BB next door, as Katie only had one night available and we needed two. See Breeze is perfectly located in Eastbourne as well as for excurcions outside including a trip to Hastings. We have no problem recommending See Breeze - just go ahead and book.

I stayed at this guesthouse with my toddler in January 2009 and I really liked my stay there. The location is really good, only a few minutes away from the seafront and the pier, and around the corner, there is a street with many good restaurants. The rooms are clean and confortable. Our guests were absolutely charming and did everything they could to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. Their help was appreciated. Their breakfast was very good too! I would not hesitate to recommend this place in Eastbourne, especially for families with young children! Thanks for everything!
