This was my first stay at Sea Breeze B&B, and i found it to be a nice clean, warm, informal and friendly place to stay. Katie is very nice and welcoming. Would definitely recomend this to anyone.

It was my 2nd stay at Sea Breeze B & B Eastbourne, l have been privileged to stay in many fine hotels all over the world as l am in the hospitality business. Katie and her daughter Grace do a wonderful job, Katie is always welcoming and is as enthusiastic as ever, she told me once she loves her life and the business, and it reflects all the way through. Tremendous value for money, comfy rooms and big beds, good showers to! a fine hearty delicious breakfast, and plenty of tea, well done Katie & Grace. l wish you many more good years, you’ve worked very hard and it shows. I will be coming back soon and hope to stay longer. Chris
