What more can I say? Lovely house, close to seafront. The room was beautifully clean and nicely decorated with good quality bedding. The bathroom was slightly dated but fully functional. It was so beautifully silent that apart from at breakfast time it was as though you had the place to yourself. The owners are lovely and the breakfast great. I cannot fault this b+b and would say its the best i have ever stayed in. we will definitely be back!

A clean airy room with a comfortable bed. A nice bathroom and an excellent breakfast with a very wide range of choice, and thank god real coffee and lots of it.
Add to that helpful owners and you have my idea of the perfect English Bed & Breakfast.
Parking is not that bad at this end of Eastbourne, and whilst I did not partake the TV looked new.

My husband & I stayed at Southcroft for one night. The owners were very friendly, accommodating and socialable. I have a restricted diet and wasnt able to eat what was on offer, but they ensured that my needs were met & had food to eat for dinner and a hearty bowl of cooked oats for breakfast. We highly recommend this B&B. It felt like a home away from home.
