I cannot recommend this hotel enough. The staff are lovely, the rooms perfect and if you splash out on a room with a view of the sea I guarantee you will return home from your break completely relaxed and refreshed. This hotel is, quite simply, the very best hotel in Eastbourne.

We have often wondered what a spa break At the Waterside Hotel would entail and so we took advantage of the January offer.We had one of the Jacuzzi Rooms.
The wet room was amazing with quality towels.
The service was brilliant and informal.
We liked the late breakfast and you can be served breakfast in bed if you wish.
The Menu at the Restuarant was excellant ,try the seabass next time you visit..

Having eaten at the restaurant before and thoroughly enjoyed it; we took advantage of the January offer and stayed two nights.

Our room was at the back of the hotel, so no sea view but it was clean and spacious with a very comfortable bed. We had dinner at the hotel which was extremely good and, as other reviews mention, the staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was also very good and gave us a chance to admire the lovely sea view from the dining room.

It's well located for the town centre or a walk along the promenade. We will be returning.

This hotel is amazing! So comfortable and such good service. The staff are so fantastic - they can't do enough for you. The restaurant is superb - never before have I tasted such perfect flavour combinations - well worthy of the two rosettes! And to top it all - the Bath Butler service (they run you a bubble bath and decorate the room with candles and rose petals, and on the side is an inviting ice cold glass of champagne!!) is a touch of class! Well done Waterside - we will be back. Thank you
