This is what we like!. A B&B in a lovely house with atmosphere and style. The owners were very helpful and took very well care of us. We felt like it was our own house during the stay. We will surely be back soon. If you will be there before us, please leave some of John's home made marmelade for us.

What a good place to stay tyo be in the centre of Eastbourne. Bedrooms very comfortable, breakfast excellent, amazing choice and it all looked good. Didn't stay long enough to try all I wanted! No hesitations to recommend to others

This once rectory is gorgeous and very quiet, great for the old or those on business.its dog friendly but i wouldnt like to take my dogs there, its too clean! the rooms are superb! and the Organic breakfasts to die for,homemade biscuits and homemade muesli amongst other things that the owners offer. its 5 mins from the beach , the shops, and the train station. and if you do take a dog or children there is a massive park across the road.

It is realy one of the best b&bs we have ever been in England. All the former reports are true and there is nothing to be added except that it is a special place to be with very welcoming hosts.
