A realy good hotel. service at the bars was very slow but other than that you will not be disapointed

Recently returned from a 6 night stay. Very nice beach, with comfortable lounge chairs and umbrellas. The water staff arranged all water sports (non motorized) which are complementary (tips were very much appreciated) - tubing, banana boat rides, snorkeling. There are some people on the beach who approach items for sale or services such as hair braiding, renting jet skis. I did not find the people pushy, they simply asked once and moved on and, it does not occur too frequently. Jet skis went for $50 USD for 30 minutes. I would highly recommend the service offering swimming with the turtles. Great experience. No complaint with the rooms, or housekeeping. All employees were extremely friendly and helpful. Food was delicious, though some of the lunch service was slow. Dinner at Daphnes was excellent. Service at both bars was very good with friendly and helpful staff. It does quiet down after 10pm so if you are looking for music, dancing etc into early morning hours you will have to venture off the property.

I stayed here in December for over a week with a friend and we really had a fabulous time. From the warm welcome to the lovely clean room with the amazing balcony over the sea to the amazing breakfast. The poolside lunch was delicious, as was dinner in Daphnes. Holetown was a short taxi ride away, or a walk if you had the energy (although it lacked a footpath in places and could be treacherous!). Very little there except restaurants and bars though.
Loved this hotel. Thought that it was reasonable value for money and will return again :)

We thought this property was just ok. The absolute hands down best part is the Kids program, everybody that works there was extraordinarily nice and they let you come and go as you please at no additional cost. Our 8 year old daughter loved it. The breakfast buffet is average and the dinner we had at hotel average as well. Daphnes was really good and we dined there twice. While the water is very pretty we were disappointed in the size as its very narrow and the limited beach chairs are very cheesy and uncomfortable. The main portion of the beach is covered by trees describing the fruit that could potentially fall as poisonous. Hmmm. The people were very nice for most part and the room decent enough. I drink iced tea in the morning and they sometimes charged me for it and sometimes did not. Bit annoying. Overall mediocre and would look elsewhere for next Caribbean adventure.
