Im not expecting a lot of glamour on my business trips, but neither should you if you stay at the Forum.

OK (on the small side) rooms, and a OK view from 14. floor. OK breakfast at the top floor.

The Hotel is pretty far from the center, i think a taxi is about 150 NOK. Had one evening meal at the restaurant. Pretty slow considering the short menu and the fact that most guest must be like me: Single travelers.

I didnt like the beds.

The rooms are very small and not the cleanest one.
Basically the whole hotel is not really clean especially the restaurant is dirty.
The breakfast is excellent.
Parking is free, location is ok, view amazing( the windows are very dirty)
Underfloor heating in the bathroom what makes you feeling comfortable.

Good hotel, nice breakfast with lot of choices, with own selection for kids. The breakfast and restaurant was on the top floor (21st) with great view. We booked a family room and got spacious room at 14th floor. The hotel has some offers to activate the kids. It seemed to be a fitness room in the top floor. This was not displayed on any other information except at the mentioned floor.

The room has windows all over the wall. A minor setback was the cleanliess: there was a thin layer of dust on the floor and around the window frame. The window glasses were also dirty outside, made it not very pleasant looking through it. I guess it is expenssive to keep the windows clean outside on such height? The double bed was put together with to single beds without overall top mattress, made it some troublesome to sleep when you are "twosome" :). You also have to pay for parking, but the fee was not too scary :). I give value category 5 stars since I got a discount throught my membership with an coorperation. At full fare, I am giving only 4 stars.

This hotel is 21 stories high right off the highway and not close to Stavanger. In fact, we never even made it to Stavanger as we went on the fiord ferry and explored around there. Our room was nice and clean, the staff nice, the breakfast, if eaten early, shared with many many people on bus tours but it was all handled fairly well. The trouble was finding a table. After 8 AM it settled down a bit. We made the mistake of having some laundry sent out being totally out of everything (there are no laundry facilites on site) and didn't get the prices beforehand--it cost more to get it done than the cost of our hotel room! Always get prices of anything before ordering-rooky mistake. Small fee for parking outside.
