First stop in Norway, Stavenger. Best Western Havly Hotell is a very comfortable hotel. Hotel staff are nice and friendly. I love the breakfast. Two thumbs up!

We stayed at this hotel as I could not get a booking in any other good and reasonable hotel during that time. I found the tarriff too high for the facilities provided. The rooms are just basic- but clean. No frills! The buffet breakfast is OK. The hotel is scantily staffed. One good feature is that they provide soup and bread and coffee throughout the day for guests. There is no restaurant for meals. There are a few roadside cafe just outside the hotel.
We stayed at Stavanger mainly to take the Flaggruten boat trip to Bergen the next day, which was a beautiful journey and I strongly recommend it!

We are staying at the Best Western Havly now. It is immaculately clean, the clerks at the front desk are very accommodating and friendly. The room is small, but we're only in our room to sleep. Small bathroom with shower, but perfectly adequate. Rooms have a flat screen TV and comfortable beds. Great location...right off the harbor and all of the action. We'd recommend this to anyone.

According with Best Western Hotels brochure this hotel is supposed to be a 4 star but is 4 star only from price point of view: 140Euro/night. The personal is bored and they are unable to use more then Yes or No to help you to find something.
Moreover, They said that they have a "Summer Offer: stay 3 nights and pay only 2" but it wasn't Real!!! They charged us for 3 nights without taking in consideration that offer.
So, my advice: stay away from that hotel because is expensive and do not deserve those moneys.
