Old and small rooms with carpets you do not want to take your socks off on, uncomfortable bed, No restaurant, no parking agreement.

All in all a simple hotel in the middle of Stavanger, and that would be great if the price actually reflected that. Cheap in the weekends, but steep in the weekdays.

+ free coffee.

Close to the old downtown area of Stavanger. Small rooms, a tad shabby. The breakfast was OK, but nothing extra. Free wifi. Slept well. Large TV in room.
May choose the same hotel next time I go to Stavanger.

As title describes, clean, cosy & value for business traveller.
Close to bus station (easily walkable) & good spacious rooms.
Check the rates, as you sometimes get it cheaper if you book it at the hotel website directly as compared to tripadvisor or booking.com

Writing a bad review of this hotel might be a bit unfair since we got a very affordable rate.
Still, the room was claustrophopic, the bed was just as bad as described in Dillboys review and the windows were not airtight - that also meant some noise at night and I woke up a few times because of that even after having some pints myself.

At this pricerate I can accept the lack of a minibar (altho similar rooms had one) and the bathroom was clean and big enough for one person. A wardrobe/closet was however sorely missed.

The breakfast buffet was satisfactory and a + for the coffeemachine and self-service waffles.
The staff was friendly and service ok. It was a bit irritating that passwords for the wifi only lasted 24 hrs, so I had to call to get a new one - that did not work.

The location is very good, and judging from the guy on a mobile platform outside my window(!), they have started renovating ..

This trip was combined business/pleasure.
