Good location by the river.
Room was big and with a flat screen. It was nice but a little out-dated. Supposely with a great view, that we could not see since there was a big boat right outside the window and the boat worked all night. The bathroom was clean but had a funny smell and the flush was not working properly.
The best thing about the hotel was the breakfast buffet, lost of different and tasty things.

Stayed here August 2011 with colleagues for business on an overnighter.

Hotel was friendly, check in was fast and pleasant. The staff seemd happy and able to answer all our questions.

We had a very nice Norweigian buffet immediately which was varied and of a good standard. Especially the pudding, which was excellent.

The rooms ( review of a single ) were small but in good condition.

Wireless internet was OK speed and free.

Breakfast was also a buffet and to a good standard.

The only complaint would be that the supermarket next door seemed to have some very early and noisy deliveries !!!

Location was good for central Kristiansund - not that there's anything there anyway !

This is a small family-run hotel facing the main water route of the city where the ferryboat passes til midnight. Nice view on the water & moutainside.

The room is very small, old fashioned and a bit used. The wardrobe is clearly a second-hand stuff and looks odd. Based on our Rainbow hotel experiences, it seems to be the standard (most hotels are built in the 1970's and have never been refurbished since). We had diner at the Rica Hotel next door, it seems to be much more modern and confortable (for the same price).

Front desk staff was very nice and gave us all the necessary information. However, the nightkeeper stayed all the time at the karaok with his friends, chatting and smoking.

Breakfast was generous and above average.
