The "farm" (it's just normal houses..) lies far outside Bergen. If you wanna walk to town, it takes you more than one hour by foot. The buses leave very unregularly!

The rooms are not small, but not beautiful at all. Obviously there hasn't been any refurbishment during the last 10+ years...

Misleading website - and sadly a very unfriendly host. For sure there are better places to spend your holidays!! :-(

The rooms were ok, good size, comfy & clean but I was not keen on sharing the bathrooms - the website wasn't very clear & we felt misled.

The pictures are also misleading, they make it seem like the place is remote but it's actually in the middle of a residential area. It made no difference to us but it might to some.

The price 250kr pp/night was good but the location was terrible.

It does say that it's 4km from the centre - I walk that far regularly & I'm not sure how they measured that because it took about 15min (at a fast speed) or more by bus to the centre. It is absolutely not walk-able, not in distance or the kind or roads you would have to walk on.

The bus don't run very regularly - we ended up having to take a taxi back every night & they are (as expected not) cheap.

So if you don't mind the travel - it's good otherwise not...
