The apartments are over a pub but don't let that put you off as there was very little noise from the bar at night. You check in over the pub counter and they'll give you two plastic keys. Mind these as these will get you in to the accommodation after midnight if you stay out that long. Our apartment had a double bed on a platform with a table, two dining chairs, one armchair and a tiny hob. No microwave or kettle, sadly. There is an ICA about five minutes walk away and you can bring in your own food to cook. Downside to the apartments was that they were up two flights of stairs (no lift) and the door was a bit hard to open. In the end, we worked out that the trick was to push or pull the door slightly forward or back before you turned the handle, depending on which way you wanted to go in or out. The staircase to the bedroom was a bit narrow and probably would be uncomfortable for people with a more generous build (I am averagely sized and 5.7ft tall). I couldn't really fault the cleanliness or location. Our room also had a view of the funicular railway, an added bonus.
