This hotel is opposite the Nidaros cathedral of Trondheim and has almost all of central Trondheim within a walking distance of max 20 minutes. Its location is its main advantage and also its main disadvantage. It is a small building and in case the rooms open to the outside, street noise can be disturbing. On the other hand, if they open into the atrium, one does not get fresh air. Breakfast is good, internet is free if you are member of the hotel chain and membership is available on the spot. Staff are helpful and efficient. Great for a short, one-two nights stay if you are not going to spend time in the room except to sleep.

Good overall quality. Nice staff. The bus to the airport stops very near.

This hotel is situated on a busy through road, near the cathedral, but rooms at the backside are reasonably quiet and with a nice view of a small park. Beware, however, of the noisy air outlet at the bottom of the backside if you want to sleep with open window. Rooms are not too small, cosy, clean and comfortable. Breakfast is not abundant but ok. And , not common in Norway, you get it all for a reasonable price. Stop with frequent buses to the station nearby.

Excellent value for money. Breakfasts very good. Good location.
