The hotel is located in the town centre of Rørvik, in the municipality of Vikna. Acceptable rooms, TV in the room, no fridge/mini-bar. Satisfactory breakfast buffet, you pay extra for packed lunch. Free parking. I had a room facing Kjøpmannsgata, normally a quiet street, but there was some noise from youths who repeatedly drove their cars up and down this street. Only women work at Kysthotellet Rørvik. Unfortunately certain staff members are very rude. I was greeted with suspicion about my ability to pay when I arrived, and was presented with outrageous accusations – where they practically accused me of being an itinerant trollop (totally unfounded) – when I was checking out.
