“Filthy bathroom and mediocre food”

We came to this hotel directly from the hospital after giving birth, and stayed on the maternity floor. The room itself was fine, but the the bathroom was really filthy. In a hospital hotel with patients arriving directly from the hospital, many with wounds involving risk of serious infections, one should expect clean bathrooms. But this room had clearly not been cleaned properly for weeks. See the attached photos of the bathroom floor. The red shade between the tiles is due to bacteria growth.

The food was really sad as well. To charge 200 kroner for this mediocre cafeteria dinner is plain rude.

“Worst Thon hotel experience - ever”

The hotel is brand new, but the maintenance of the rooms are not present. I wasquite stunned by this ..
- no lamps worked except the ceiling light, no information folder availabel, no soap in the dispenser, non-functional wash... Wow.
As no info-folder was available, I couldn't find the number to th reception, so I gave "9" a go. BINGO!
I have to mention that I arrived at the room after a meeting at 2330, and found out all this at this time. The receprion would give me a new room, but this wasn't the best regarding time of day, and I already had packed out all, so I was offered a free room at next visit.
Thats ok.
BUT - in the morning, the receptionist wouldn't grant me what her colleague had promised.
Folks - stay away from this place. THon have many nice hotels, but this one - forgettaboutit
