We spent the weekend in Oslo and had prebooked this hotel with a very good price. The hotel i situated in a small shopping mall wich is directly connected to the main railway station. This meens that you can walk indoors from the train and to the hotel. You are more or less in the centre of Oslo when staying here.
The welcome at the front desk was professional (with a smile) and thats it. No small talk, just the most essential to get your key and find your way to the room. The room was small and the view was to the back, facing the nearby offices in the neighboring building. The room was equiped with a TV (satelite),a wardrobe, a desk, a minibar, two chairs and a queen bed. There where a space in the entrance for the suitcase. The bathroom had a shower and fixed soap dispensers on the wall. Two towels for each person and extra towels in the wardrobe. The room was clean.
Breakfast was served in the neighboring restaurant (Egon). I am sorry to say that there were no glasses for the juice (came after a while) and they allso went out of cups for thee and coffe (was supplied after a while). Used plates, glasses and cups where taken away, but the table was not cleaned. The food itself was a complete breakfast and tasted very well.
Except from the lacking interest from the staff we where pleased with the stay and would consider using this hotel again.
Room Tip: Try to get away from the elevators.
