Great location close to Aker Brygge, but this is pretty much all the hotel has going for it. Very, VERY basic rooms and expensive. The first room looked over the inner atrium and had no blackout blinds so we asked to be moved. The furniture was old and in desperate need of renovation. We were moved to a room facing the outside of the hotel, which was nice and dark, but very small with an extremely basic shower room. At almost €200 this was unacceptable. However, Obama's visit to the city for the Nobel prize had pushed prices through the roof.

Staff were nice, breakfast was OK and the location is excellent. Other than that, this is a vefry basic property.

This hotel has a central and good location, very close too Aker Brygge.
The rooms were a bit small, but clean and in good condition. The breakfast was tasty, with a good selection for a hotel this size, Friendly staff, espesially the young girl who was working as a waitor under breakfast, super service!!!

If am going to Oslo, im going to choose this hotel!

Good location because of proximity to downtown and to restaurants in Aker Brygge.

Rooms small and overly warm. Only way to get them cooler seemed to be by turning the air conditioning on. When temperature outside was -5/-10C.

Breakfast buffet seemed to be always cold, not all that great and overpriced.

The hotel has a great location but the facilities are three-star max. The shower is basic and hot water took a long while to come through early in the morning. The air conditioning is noisy and there is no decent water in the minibar. Also you may not be able to check-in early in the morning, even on request. Apart from those things the hotel is fine for a medium priced trip and the staff are friendly.
