Extremely good location, and among the cheapest places to stay in Oslo center. It's a clean, no-frills kind of place, but my experience had a few bad-frills. When you make your reservation, be sure that your room is not on the Hegdehaugsveien side. With earplugs it's manageable, but otherwise, the bars downstairs thump through the walls until 3:00 AM, conversations on the street are loud and clear, and the tram starts rolling in the morning. The WiFI wasn't working for the three nights I was there, but the cheerful Literaturhaus a few doors down offers it free and open.
