The hotel is located just opposite to a cable car station for Fagernesfjellet mountain. It is also quite close to a geyser at a power plant which opens twice a day. The building is not new and so are the rooms. Perhaps I was not lucky and there are different rooms too, but mine looked as if nothing has changed inside for around 10 years. All the basic equipment was there like a TV, a desk, etc. but the general feeling was that it needs renovation. The staff was quite friendly and there was also a complimentary WiFi access and car parking. The choice of food for breakfast could be better. Overall I would expect a little bit more for the price especially comparing with other hotels I stayed during my trip to Norway.
