I have been to Rustad many years. When I was a kid in the 1980s and again 3 times after year 2000.

It is the cosiest of all places. The owners have been there for 4 decades, giving it a true personal atmosphere. The food is very tasty and plenty. And the architecture is kept true to the intentions way back - while still giving providing all modern posibilities.

The skiing is great. Lots of kilometers of well prepared cross country tracks - both for the beginner and the advanced skier. Tracks go both in the forrests where you can find shelter for the wind and above tree level.

Also in summer time you will find lots of activities - or just peace of mind in the mountains.
