I moved to this hotel due to a disappointment with a nearby hotel. The hotel is very nice. It has a attractive reception area, with very friendly staff. There is a gourmet restaurant, a nice bar and a pub in the hotel. I only tried the pub. It was OK, but I will recommend the Irish pub down the street, 50 meter from the hotel. The lifts were spacious, the room was comfortable. I had a single room with a 140 cm wide bed. The bath was small, with open piping, but clean and usable. The breakfast is very good. With many organic products. The scrambled eggs were fantastic, but the lid on the pan is difficult and warm to handle.
Compared to the first hotel I tried, it was like heaven and hell.
One annoying thing is: they put a begging note on the key card, for 50 kroner to be added to the bill. This money is supposed to go to Africa, and the hotel will double the amount. This is a nice beg, but I don’t think this is a proper way of doing it.
