Pros:
Pleasant courtyard, a good reading space.
Near Wien Meidling station. I wanted to stay close to it since I had an early train.
Cons:
No wifi, and their one computer charges for use.
Aside from Wien Meidling, not close to much else.
I barely slept since one of the room-mates was a loud snorer, but I guess that's just a risk you take when you share a room.

Very clean, but can be horribly noisy during the night, if the neighbors pour too much alcohol in themselves.... otherwise, quiet enough, there is not much traffic around it.
A good breakfast in the morning (included) can help you start a good day of exploring the beautiful town. Very close to bus/metro stations; just a few stops away from the centre, in walking range to Sconbrunn Castle and Zoo.
A minus for some: no TV set in the room; so what?
Just modem internet access, in the lobby (so I heard, NOT VERIFIED!), for 6 EUR/hour. Better search for a public hot spot!
