I chose Hotel Cryston after reading many good reviews in Trip Advisor and was not disappointed. The hotel is close to a subway entrance and is about 5-10 minutes ride to all the popular locations. The location is safe to travel alone even at night. The room was very clean, breakfast (included in the rate) was decent, staff very helpful. I was very happy to have found this place for such a great rate.

The room was comfortable and clean. Service was very good. Delicious breakfast. U-ban station just across the street. Really good price when comparing the service and quality.

My two-days stay at Hotel Cryston was a comfortable one. Since both the subway and the tramway station are situated directly in front of the hotel it does not matter that the surroundings of Hotel Cryston are rather unpleasant because you can leave the area easily.
The hotel staff is very friendly and extremely helpful. The rooms are nothing special, but fairly spacious and clean. They are definitely in a better shape than you would expect for such an affordable price. Only the lighting is rather poor and in my room the water flow of the shower was very weak. The water did not pour out but only trickled and became only moderately warm. The beds are alright and due to the sound-proof windows there are no noise problems at night, in particular if your room is directed to the patio like mine.
The quality and variety of breakfast is also somewhat above the level you would expect of a hotel of this price level. The only thing I missed at breakfast was fresh fruit.
All summed up: A decent and friendly hotel at a competitive price.

I booked a triple room with shower/toilet from the hotel`s webpage. I was a bit concerned because every hotel tries to put on their website the nicest photos, but in the end It turned out to be quite as I expected.
The hotel is near Margaretengurtel metro station and close to the famous Mariahilfer street, this gave us the possibility of arriving very quickly to the center of the city.
The hotel staff are very friendly. What I liked is that they have a small terrace where you can drink your coffee in the morning(only if you want to).
The breakfast was ok, not much of a variety but more than enough. The usual cereals, bread, cheese, ham, coffee, fruit juice.
Overall, I had a pleasant stay at Cryston Hotel and if I ever go to Vienna, I will return here.
