Unfortunately Vienna is a smoking city and Do & Co cater for those who smoke rather than making a stand against it. This results in the only public space, which is magnificent overlooking the Cathedral, being Very smoky as it welcomes not resident smokers too.
Otherwise this hotel is fantastic.
Staff, Location, Food, Room, Shower, Cleanliness are all FIRST class. So come on Do & Co make the stand and be unique.

I arrived here dirty and hot after treking through the mountains with my pack. After the staff got over their initial shock that I was actually checking in here, they couldn't have been more helpful. The room was huge, well appointed and the giant tub was exactly what I was looking for. The location is fantastic. We loved the restaurant at the top of the hotel and the bar near reception where the views of the cathedral couldn't be better and, luckily, guests of the hotel always have a reserved seat. I wouldn't dream of staying anywhere else in Vienna!

We had a big number of people arriving to the hotel. I was in charge of the acommodation. The staff was very helpful during the booking and numerous changes that I made. They are very easy to communicate by e mail. The room was very beautiful, cozy, warm. The staff are friendly and helpful. Few things that I want to mention: in the evening the reception area was very loud and crowded, because of the bar they have there. And I lacked a tea coffee making facility in the room. But all the rest was great. Location of course is the best in Vienna. Breakfast was very tasty with view on Cathedral.

We stayed at the Hotel for 1 week during Christmas holidays with our 2 children and I must say it was even better than we could imagine. I've made my research for the Hotels in Vienna and we decided to stay here. The service was perfect, everyone was extremely friendly, helpful, the 2 connecting rooms were perfect with all the facilities. The restaurant was excellent. Also the location was perfect, near everything you want to see. Our room was on the 6th floor where is the bar as well but during night you couldn't hear a bit of a noise. The transportation arranged by the Hotel was excellent, the people of the Hotel awaiting outside the Hotel to welcome us and pick up our luggage. I wouldn't change it for any other Hotel and we are looking forward to visit Vienna again and surely stay at this Hotel. I won't even bother to look for another Hotel and I strongly recommend it to anyone who visits Vienna.
