This was my 14th trip to Vienna and the first time i tried Delta Hotel. At first i thought the location would be really bad but it turned out to be really good. The subway station is really close, there are a lot of restaurants and "Konditorei"s around, a shopping center, a lot of other shops (C&A, Mango, BILLA, BIPA, H&M, Salamander, Deichman, Intersport, Muller and so on). It is 4 stations away from the Stephan's Platz (The Ring).
The rooms are clean, big enough, the bathroom is just great, with a really god shower. It doesn't have a minibar and that's a minus when it's hot outside and you want to have some cold drinks in the room. Breakfast is really tasty and rich BUT the big problem that bugged me a lot was the "breakfast-staff". They were coming to take the plates from your table even before you finished your food, and they were very insistent. I usually spent 10-15 min at breakfast and so did everybody else so it wasn't a problem of a too crowded room... and half of the tables were empty at almost anytime. They also arranged the cutlery really loudly, in the middle of the room and they were always angry and flopped the dishes and napkins. Breakfast was really loud and annoying.
Also the parking isn't free, you have to pay 15euros/day.
Another thing that irritated me was the Internet. You had to pay 2,5 euros/30min or 4 euros/1h or 6 euros/2h. BUT the internet was SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO SLOOOOOOOOOOOW...in half an hour i could check just one mail and i payed 2.5 euros for that... .
