I found this hotel to be at the very least adequate in all areas. 2 friends and I were spending one night in Vienna to take in the Euro Cup 2008. We wanted a room large enough to accommodate the three of us, have a private bathroom, and not pay too much for it.
The hotel is located out of the main downtown of Vienna, but right across the street from Schonbrunn Palace, a popular site in the area. However, in about 5 minutes you can walk to the subway station were trains in and out of downtown run often, and the ride is a short one.
The hotel staff was excellent, we arrived well before check-in time on our first day, and the staff was happy to store our luggage until the room was ready. Upon checkout, we had several hours before our train was to leave, a different front desk attendant again took responsibility our bags. The lobby has a computer where the internet is free, as well the hotel is serviced free wireless, that I was easily able to hook up with on my iTouch. The room was surprisingly large, and would have easily slept 4, each with their own single bed.
The hotel stay was exactly what we were looking for, with respect to room size, and affordability.
