I have got a very positive from the hotel.
The best are the room - very large and with a fully equipped kitchen: fridge, stove, dishes, pots, tea cooker, dishwasher machine - everything is there!

Reception is open 24h per day, and the staff is friendly.
The breakfast is 3* average and quite ok.

Located in a good (and civilized) 2nd district of Vienna, close to e.g. embassies of many countries. All public transport connections (bus, UBahn - U3, tram) are not far away, in walking distance.
When sleeping, it is recommended to close the windows to avoid possible noise from the road.

Pretty good business hotel with terrible breakfast, but very custom friendly staff on reception desk. The location is excellent, but if you look better you will find better hotels for the same price. The only problem is that you have to look for your personal things very close - it seams that room cleaning lady took from my suitcase in the room 450 EUR while I was on the breakfast??!!

“Good location, nice rooms but really bad service”

The rooms in this hotel are really nice big. The in-house parking is very narrow, which is not too nice if you have a big car. It is located close to the subway and getting downtown takes about 10 minutes. The staff in this hotel was extremely poorly trained and unfriendly in the process. Breakfast was OK, but overpriced for what you get.

the location is a bit off the beaten track, so familiarity with Vienna and public transit will go a long way but it's very easy with 1 tram getting you to Schwendenplatz. beds were really hard and kitchen was very minimal. breakfast was typical good Austrian fare. staff were almost useless.
