Our family of 6 really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were spacious, decorated very nicely and very clean. The house is in a quiet neighborhood with separate area for guests and was in walking distance (3 blocks) to a really good restaurant with wonderful food and atmosphere eating outside by the river with nice views. A McDonalds was just a couple of blocks farther. The B&B breakfast was fabulous (breads, cheeses, preserves, honey with walnuts, eggs and a variety of fruits). Plenty to eat and get your day started healthy. I definitely recommend "The Rooms B&B".

I can't praise "The Rooms" highly enough. Our room was comfortable and warm (important in Vienna in December!). Breakfast was tasty and generous, and the communal eating arrangements made for some interesting and cosmopolitan conversations. A perfect location, in the quiet suburb of Kagran but with excellent transport links to the city centre. Above all, helpful and friendly owners Eva and Joshua went out of their way to make our stay a thoroughly memorable and enjoyable one - in fact, one of the best city breaks we've ever had. It's just a fantastic place to stay.

I stayed at The Rooms this past spring and for me it was in many ways ideal. I was traveling alone but didn't want to stay in a hostel. The fact that this B&B is a bit outside the center meant that it was more affordable--although you do have to budget extra time to get in and out of the center. I loved the way each room was decorated/designed. I found it to be very relaxing, serene, and clean. The breakfast was tasty too. I would definitely go back, if I had the luxury of more days to spend. I didn't feel like I got to explore enough because I spent a lot of time commuting.

The Rooms is a small and nicely appointed B&B in a quiet suburb of Vienna. It's actually a really nice neighborhood. Our room was nicely decorated, very clean and the breakfast was quite good. On our last day we discovered a great restaurant on the water just a few minutes walk away. It would have been nice to get more attention and infomation from our host. We didn't see much of her and I felt a little weird asking for things. The other family staying there had small kids...very noisy! Next time, we'll choose something closer to the center and I will probably steer away from the bed and breakfast scenario. It has worked for us before...but this time it was just unfortunate.
