This hotel is in a great location. We walked to most everything and enjoyed seeing the city on foot. The breakfast room is very nice and the breakfast good: juice, milk, coffee, tea, cheeses, meat, bread, yogurt, hardboiled eggs and probably a few more things I have forgotten. The man at the reception desk was very helpful. We had lots of big luggage and they stored it for us on our last day after we checked out. Our room was clean and spacious, sort of no-frills but certainly all we needed as we were gone all day. We especially liked the heated towels! The reception desk is not 24 hrs. so just be aware of that. This hotel is not like a Marriott or Holiday Inn here, with a big lobby on street level. The reception desk is on the 2nd floor...and there is a sign on the street outside but you need to be looking for it otherwise you wouldn't think there was a hotel in that building. Taxi stand right outside the door and the taxi drivers are honest!

My daughter and I stayed here in September 2011. We were there only for 1 night but the room was quite comfortable. Bathroom very clean. Breakfast was ample and good variety. Desk personnel were very helpful with directions. We would definitely recommend this hotel. The location can't be beat. It's simple and very adequate.

+: Excellent location, right behind one of the major shopping areas. The triple room that we got was very spacious, with nice, but a bit old fashioned furnishing. It is more family run guesthouse than hotel. Wi-Fi was fine, worked in a room. Buffet breakfast was quite nice, but limited and same every morning. Nothing warm on a menu. Staff was quite nice and pleasent. Garage was across the street and for hotel guests costs 15 euro per day.Price was ok for Vienna, meaning - overpriced for other countries eastern than Austria. Still not too bad. Would stay again for great location

- : Room we got was with nice, but a bit old fashioned furnishing.I Saw some other rooms, that were refurbished, and are quite modern. The batroom was equiped fine, but not to light and with really strange smell that bothered us a lot (Like somebody smoked intensively in it). Staff a little bit slow on a breakfasts (refiling of buffet table, already limited).

Excellent location being next to Neubaugasse station on line U3 giving ready access to the entire railway network and city. Moreover, it is a 7 mins walk from Museum Quartier and centrally located. Few Rooms but clean and spacious. The staff are polite, courteous, eager to help and speak fluent english. I had reached well ahead of time and was allowed an early check-in at no extra cost. The inclusive Breakfast is good. Not a posh multi starred hotel but you get value for what you pay. Would definitely stay again & recommend.
