Interesting place - has a visible baroque interior, which adds taste and color to your Vienna experience. Very convenient in terms of a walking distance to anything and a few affordable eateries nearby (we loved the "Bagels" cafe at the neighboring block, the bagels are better than many New York ones!).
The place is OK to spend a couple of nights (especially considering the price), but if you expect much more than you would expect from an average US motel, you might end up disappointed. Not all of the lamps are functional, bathroom has no windows and the only greenish light looks as if borrowed from a vampire movie... no tea machine, had to ask receptionist for boiling water when needed. No AC, so it might get hot in summer.
The breakfast was pretty good though - cereal, juices, yogurt, veggies etc.
Overall - might be fine for unpretentious traveler, but do not anticipate it to be luxurious in any way.
