The pension was full when I booked but Peter offered me an apartment that he also operates. The was excellent value and still got to have breakfast in the pension. Only downside of apartment was there was no wifi.

The staff were friendly and helpful,. The room was good, nothing fancy, but clean and the beds were comfortable. Execellent location to the tramlines, easy access to the rest of the city, and good walking distance too some of the more interesting places as well.
Breakfast was decent,
Good value for the money, even though they prefer payment in cash.
The elevator is a challenge for 2 large guys with luggage, but beat walking up the 6 flights of steps. Walking down was faster.
Have recommneded it to friends and would certainly stay there again.

Enjoyed our 3 night stay here. Nice room, clean, comfortable. Included breakfast had a nice and varied selection of food. Vienna is not a cheap city to visit, but this hotel also was very reasonable with their room rates. Staff was also friendly and helpful.

The location is outstanding! 5 mins walk to Museum qtr and other major sites. Room had a very cheap mini bar which was convenient. Good breakfast (cereals, toast, boiled eggs, ham, cheese, OJ and coffee/tea.). The staff were helpful and friendly and it is reasonable value for Vienna. We were in a deluxe room = own bathroom and it was comfortable and clean. Internet connection was not great (unstable), however overall Would recommend.
