We got a wonderful rate on this hotel & thoroughly enjoyed it. Easy access to transit & walking dustance to many places we wanted to see, wonderfully helpful desk staff, decent breakfast & perfectly OK room (including a really nice bathtub). We were there in December so the (considerable) noise of people arriving & leaving (the hotel is in a courtyard you there is no street noise at all, but the sound of wheelie bags on cobbles is incredibly loud) was no big deal with the window closed, in the summer, with no air con it's probably pretty fierce. There are 2 rooms on each floor that look out the back, try to get those if you want quieter. Otherwise, great quality for the price.

Stayed here whilst visiting the Xmas Markets. Nice clean, friendly hotel with helpful staff. Good breakfast and plenty of it. Not too far to walk to the centre but if walking not your thing then nearest Metro station literally just around the corner. Would def stay here again.

nice hotel, but location is not comfortable if you will arrive to Vienna in Christmas holiday, metro subway is near from hotel, but all major attractions is far. nice breakfast, friendly staff, very clean hotel

We stayed here for our only night in Vienna and have no complaints. Very close to the train station and an easy walk to the fabulous downtown area. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was included in the price and was a bigger, nicer spread than I would have expected! WiFi was not included, which was surprising and kind of a bummer. Staff spoke English and helped arranged transport to the airport with an outside party for a reasonable fee. Would stay here again!
