Stayed at the K & K Maria Theresia last time I was in Vienna, which was just outside the ring road but it had quick access to the old centre. This time stayed at the Palais which is notably smaller that the Maria T but inside the ring road.

Note: Both hotels are GREAT value, in great locations with fantastic staff.

Really enjoyed staying at this hotel as well as did the other two people I was travelling with. The staff were really helpful and friendly, the room spacious, spotlessly clean and decorated nicely. A buffet breakfast was included in the room rate and it is very good. Cannot say enough good things about this (or the Maria T) hotel.

Seriously, this has to be the best value for money, good quality hotel chain on the continent. Choosing either of the two K & Ks in Vienna is the best decision you could make!!!

We stayed here during Christmas. The hotel is lovely. Everything is clean and feels new. I do agree with another reviewer, a gym or a pool would be a nice addition. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. The only thing is that it is all put on this circular counter so it was hard to serve yourself with people at the counter at the same time, unless you were to reach over them (please don't do that!). The metro was a short walk and there is street parking and a park right outside if you have children. Quiet neighborhood too.

Very friendly staff at the front desk and in the breakfast room. Internet access is free, which is a plus. Location very good - a 10 minute walk to the heart of Vienna, and 5 minutes to the Schwedenplatz tram/subway stations. Breakfast is excellent with a wide choice of hot and cold foods and fresh fruit juices. They offered our kids hot chocolate which they loved. It was also never crowded at breakfast because this is not a big or busy hotel. We got the family room in which there is a sofabed for our two children. Room is bit small compared to hotel rooms in the U.S. but spacious by European standards. Housekeeping was excellent and kept the room spotless as well as well-stocked.

We stayed at this hotel in December and it was a great choice.
The airport bus drop off stop is a 3 minute walk.
One of the main tram stops is a 2 minute walk along with the U-barn.
The hotel is clean and stylish.
The rooms were spacious and very modern. The bathroom was very nice and well equiped.
The beds were so comfy with great big thick quilts (it was very cold outside).
Would definitely recommend this hotel. The staff were so polite and helpful Their English was amazing.
The only smallest thing that lets this hotel down is the size of the breakfast room. We had to wait every morning, not for long but it didn't seem big enough for the hotel. But once you were seated, the choice was brilliant and again, the staff were lovely.
