l've never contributed to this website before, but I thought I ought to warn people that in no way does this Hotel represent four star standard - two would be more like it. It's in a horrid part of town, a good 20 mins from the centre, and seems to have been built as an appendage to an extremely bleak dilapidated shopping mall. Many bedrooms face on to a noisy main road were horribly hot and breakfast expensive. Staff nice enough and it's not dirty, but the facilities are poor and the place is totally charmless. I found it dreadfully depressing. to the point that it threatened to spoil an otherwise lovely weekend in Vienna.

The main purpose of our visit was to take in the Christmas Markets.
Its a small hotel that is situated very close to a tram and tube stop. This made it convenient for going in and out of the City. The staff were friendly and everybody spoke English. I have to agree with some of the other reviewers that the hotel is certainly not a 4 star establishment.
They do have some "executive" rooms but they to are very basic.
Breakfast was good and there was a good selection of everything you could wish for.
I did enjoy my stay here and would certainly stay here again in the future.

Very clean, great shower, comfortable large sized room. Staff were friendly and spoke English. Breakfast was tasty and wide selection. Very near subway to get to wherever you want to go.

We had a great room that actually had a waterbed in the bedroom. Very nice. Our children slept in another room on a comfortable pull out bed. We also had a very nice balcony with no view but it was nice to have a balcony. Bathroom had lots of space and overall the room was very spacious for Austria. Breakfast was very expensive there but great quality. If you want to eat cheap go to the food court in the mall beside the hotel. Really good food at the Japanese and Thai retaurant and probably the cheapest meal we had in a month in Europe. Staff was helpful at front deak and rooms were very clean. Property is close to all the trams and subways. Only negative was the area - not the best - but we were never hassled. Returning to the hotel after dark one night we did have a serious street fight happen right in front of the hotel between a group of men but my family managed to get inside the lobby safely. They had no interest in tourists just settling a problem between themselves it semed. My young girls were quite upset that night no matter how I explained it. Still giving this place 4 stars - although reluctantly.
