Very clean, great shower, comfortable large sized room. Staff were friendly and spoke English. Breakfast was tasty and wide selection. Very near subway to get to wherever you want to go.

We had a great room that actually had a waterbed in the bedroom. Very nice. Our children slept in another room on a comfortable pull out bed. We also had a very nice balcony with no view but it was nice to have a balcony. Bathroom had lots of space and overall the room was very spacious for Austria. Breakfast was very expensive there but great quality. If you want to eat cheap go to the food court in the mall beside the hotel. Really good food at the Japanese and Thai retaurant and probably the cheapest meal we had in a month in Europe. Staff was helpful at front deak and rooms were very clean. Property is close to all the trams and subways. Only negative was the area - not the best - but we were never hassled. Returning to the hotel after dark one night we did have a serious street fight happen right in front of the hotel between a group of men but my family managed to get inside the lobby safely. They had no interest in tourists just settling a problem between themselves it semed. My young girls were quite upset that night no matter how I explained it. Still giving this place 4 stars - although reluctantly.

Let me start with the good side: wonderful staff (friendly, nice, helpful), good breakfast, near Lugner City Mall and a supermarket. On the bad side: room was very basic and small (no way near a 4 star standard) and we had a problem with cold water in the shower. While Burgasse Stadhalle subway station is very close which makes downtown Vienna just 10 minutes away, the neighbourhood is not very nice, especially at night. Therefore, I will definetly be staying at another neigbourhood next time I'm in Vienna.

We've been there in an office room, not quite the 4 stars you'd expect but good conditions. Big balcony witch is a quite a plus but at the time we've been there the Internet connection was quite slow even tough we've paid for it and I expected quite differently.

Next to a subway station (Burggasse-Stadthalle) witch basically connects you everywhere in Vienna and directly linked to LugnerCity witch is one of the biggest malls in the town.

Also close to the Wiener Stadhalle, the main indoor sporting and concerts location in Vienna so a good idea to check-in here when there's some event...
