My wife and I were in this hotel December 2010. The location is very good , staff helpfull , drinks in hotel bar are extraordinary expensive, satellite tv is good but pay attention if you ask for extra satellite station cause are very expensive. Cleanliness is very good and breakfast is fantastic. I will surely go to this hotel again. December is very good attraction for christmas markets

Stayed three nights this week as part of our coach tour holiday - three nights too many. We were very disappointed.
No air conditioning, tatty decor and a bathroom so small you could hardly turn round.. No internet in rooms. No English-speaking channel from the 30 available. Is this hospitality? In these days of satellite tv there is no excuse for not having something for every guest!
Expected a degree of comfort in the rooms - only hard chairs.
Breakfast advertised as a 'rich buffet' - we found it very ordinary. Several cold meats, 2 cheeses, yogurts. Scrambled eggs and sausages. Plenty of breads and spreads. Tinned fruits - no fresh fruit. Diluted fruit juices. We've had far better in 3-star hotels. Restaurant menu for evening meals was fairly pricy with nothing special - we ate out.
Best thing about this place?The friendly, helpful staff.

I've stayed one week and not even one day the cleaning lady didin't vacuum at all. Only changed towels and that was it! Also the entire hotel is pretty dirty, the lobby, elevators... Breackfast pretty good, but not juices, drink water rather than juices. 2 stars hotel over all!

it is not as bad as the visitors said to be. No air condition in the room, clean enough, good breakfast in the large saloon. İnternet is only free in the lobby. A few days you had to get internet code every hour which is long procedure and time wasting for the receptionist. İnternet speed is very low on the second flloor of the breakfast room. İts fairly a big hotel containing 100 rooms. Our triple room was really small. Third hotel from Karlsplatz square. Taxi costs 5 euros/night and 8 euros/morning.Very close to flughafen train. We paid 120 euro/night inc breakfast for the triple room. İt is fairly reasonable.
