I stayd in this hotel 2 days, it does not deserve the value of money, the bed are two old and not comfortable at all,
The thing i like is location, only few steps from citycenter and all attractions.

- Great Location, close to everything + Vienna is beautiful and safe;
- Clean rooms, laundry and hotel common areas;
- The room I was given was enormous, cosy and had all the ultilities;
- Simple but very good breakfast;
- Very Friendly and Helpful English-Speaking Staff.

I go to Vienna every month for 1 2 days stays for business purposes. This hotel just serves my purpose perfectly well. Very friendly and professional staff at the reception, efficient and neat breakfast service and wi fi in all rooms. THe price is very reasonable and you can either walk or use public transport to all major attractions in the city. Most of the rooms have an inclined 'roof' ceiling which may not be popular guests who want big space.

This hotel is accessible by tram and bus. The location was perfect. It's near all the sites and attractions, and mostly importantly right on the tram line. Our room was very nice. The hotel is located on the top floor of the building. It was very quiet. The staff is very nice and friendly.
