Really nice and cozy hotel. Very friendly staff, nice rooms, everything which you need for staying and relax after whole day in Vienna. Room was big enough, bathroom - clean, carefully supported. Soft illumination in room, enough space aroud the bed, everything seemed to be thinkable and reasonable.
Breakfast - much more than simply breakfast. Huge choice, everything was fresh and tasty. Three kinds of melon - not in every hotel, should I say.
Especially - thanks to people who surrounded us in reception, restaurant and room. Great support but same time they were practically invisible.
Transport communication - tram to Vienna centre in few steps from the front door. Trip duration - 12 minutes.
I do recommend this hotel to everybody who wants to get pleasant and respectable staying in Vienna.

All the rooms have twin beds. This is very, very bad!!!!!!

Sorry ,but now Wimberger interiors looks outdated ."Fantastic "courtyard views. Incomprehensible credit card guarantee .Slow receptionist response.

We stayed at the Arcotel Wimberger last September for one week. We had some problems with bookings for shows but the staff were endlessly patient and helpful, eventhough the shows were not originally booked through the hotel. Its a great hotel, good size rooms, well maintained, best breakfast I've had anywhere and helpful staff everywhere in the hotel, nothing is too much of a problem. Its near the Westbahnhof Station so it was easy to get to the city on either the metro or tram and the railway is here also with connections to other cities.

Well recommended.

Room Tip: busy traffic on the street to the front of the hotel, choose room to the side or back

The hotel's location is just awful! you can say within the red district area!!
Rooms smell like smoke ,the breakfast qulaity is awful! everything has been baked or made a day before! nothing is fresh!
