Very nice hotel with very easy access to all of Vienna. Easy walk to the center of the city. Rooms are large for Europe and very comfortable.

The management probably is trying to be a business person's choice for a week or longer stay in Vienna but not including wifi, providing only a tea kettle, and filling the fridge with minibar items, reduces the benefit of a suite. As a hotel room, the level of service is very poor - perfunctory cleaning at best - but the room is large and well located for tourism. The front desk is pleasant, but offers no help unless asked; for instance they weren't able to secure dinner reservations and didn't suggest alternatives.

This hotel was not only the best accommodations we had in our six-week trip through Europe, it was the most reasonably priced. We had a very comfortable suite with a living room, kitchen area and bedroom (TV in the living room and bedroom). Everything was modern and up-to-date. The staff were so nice and helpful. Across the street were three reasonably priced restaurants and we enjoyed them all. The location was convenient to the many wonderful places in Vienna, either by walking or public transportation. We felt lucky to be staying here.

The front desk was very helpful with any inquiries that we had, they were able to make dinner reservations and recommendations during our stay. The location is great and is within walking distance to many attractions.
Our suite was clean and the only complaint was that it did get a little too warm over night. The air conditioning did not seem to work and with the windows open the street noise was a little too much in the early morning.
