good location, just a 2 minutes walk from a subway station and 5 minutes walk from st. Stephan square. clean mini suites with large bathroom and a small sitting area. tow tv sets and a safe in the room.
not all of the staff speaks English but they are all happy to help and very nice

Hotel is in good location. nice breakfast and staff was nice . BUT - the hotel has a problem with aircondition especialy at night time . allthough we complained and were moved to the high floor it was the same problem . so we couldnt really sleep at night . we try to open a window but there is a very noisy bars around the hotel and young students are screeming all night so we couldnt do this also . so we stayed 5 nights and didnt sleep well in any of those nights. the suits are nice althogh they need to renew many of the items as interior seems to be very old and out of date. internet prices are very high.

The hotel is in a really good location, it is located in the main district of Vienna. From there you can reach every place by walk. Public transport close to the hotel. Nice and big room, and clean! The only problem we had was that one night we had cold water but later they refund us one night because they had to fix the water boiler.

I have to say, the hotel is nice and location is great. If you come with a car, you can park outside the hotel (on the street) for free (weekends only, Friday 6 p.m. - Monday 8.30 a.m.) - instead of paying 19 EUR / day in a garage. The reason why I don't give "excellent" rating is that our room wasn't very clean (there were hair on bathroom floor and when I made up the bed and looked under the sheets, I was surprised to see that the blanket wasn't very clean). I mean OK - but not for a four-star hotel. When we booked the hotel, we got a special price. Should we have paid the full price, I would be really angry... but overall, the room was spatious and we didn't have to pay extra for our dog :) Another thing I found a bit strange for a hotel of this category - paid WI-FI (approx. 4 EUR/hour)...
