they could not track back our reservation upon arrival : a desaster, we ended up in an attic room! got moved at the end to another hotel.
Papageno is hidden at the back of a hallway, very dull reception and breakfast room looks like a "cantine" Did not eat there though.
Too expensive for what it has to offer.....

The service here is fantastic and the location is grate too. Walking distance to a great Market and plenty of sights.

i used to say that all i need is a clean, quiet room. I might be getting old. Papageno is clean and mostly quiet, but my room had no wi-fi (some other rooms do), pillows were uncomfortable, no iron, no reasonable desk to work on, and most disturbing - no air condition.

Upon arrival this hotel looks nothing special, but it is really nice! The staff is super friendly and gives you advice on everything you need to know. The rooms are nice and very clean. Breakfast has a good variety and contains everything you need. Slept well for our 3 nights and would definitely return...The only thing that did not work was the wifi, but we survived without it...
