We stayed at this hotel the first night of the year and our experience was horrible. It is suppose to be a 4 star hotel but it was definitely far from that. The entrance is nice, and we were allowed to check in earlier (at about 12:00 noon) but the receptionists were very unfriendly and when we asked for a cart for our luggage to carry them to the room we were presented with the smallest little thing ever. The elevator does not have a door on the inside and the first time you use it and accidentally get too close to the entrance you could get stuck against the wall.
We parked on the street and because January 1st is a public holiday we didn't have to pay anything for parking, which was nice.
We booked a deluxe room and when we arrived the maid was just leaving. We quickly dropped the luggage and then went exploring the city. When we came back we noticed that the room smelled like urine!!!! Unbelievable!!! When confronted the only thing we were offered for that was an "espresso". We stayed only one night and we will never be back!

This hotel offers spacious, comfortable and very clean rooms. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Its breakfast was of a good quality and quantity, however bigger variety should be offered. Its location is not very central but it is near to metro station and also tram line D passes in front of the hotel, so you can reach very easily downtown by both ways. In comparison with similar hotels in Vienna center Bellevue's price was remarkably lower.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 days, with a tourist group.
The hotel is "classic", traditional old fashioned and massive.
The room we got on the 4th floor faced a side street and was quite big, with minibar , a safe and an aircon unit which was not active. TV set was old and small but had international channels. Beds were separate, mattress was excellent. There was no kettle in the room.
Bathroom was nice and towels were extra large and soft. Taking a shower in the bath was not easy since shower head could not be adjusted. There was a shower gel container and only one bar of soap.
Breakfast was tasty and variety was quite nice. Guests could ask the waitress for cappuchino and fried eggs.
Hotel location is outside city center, but tram D or 30 minutes walk will take you there.

We stayed here for 3 nights, October 1-3, 2011. This hotel is quite spooky, from the elevator to the hallway to the room. The antique chandelier reminds me of a very old hotel we once stayed in Lucarno. The elevator is definitely antique already, our first experience. The bed mattress and pillows are overused. Even the tiny tv in the room is outdated already. The floor carpet is dusty and dirty. Of course, there is no room internet. What do you expect from an antique hotel? Front desk staff are not so helpful. Restaurant staff are more helpful.
