We stayed at the hotel last week. It was very pleasant, a great choice to stay in Vienna. Not very far from the city centre, 10 min from the Rathaus and the Christmasmarket. The services were good, the buffet breakfast excellent. A minus is, that they haven' t parking places.
Overall a good experience

It is near to the city center location with 20min walk to the city center or 10min to the nearest underground (Schottentor) and tram (line 1) station. Lots of restaurants, shops and etc nearby.
We stayed there with family and infant for one night. Hotel staff was very helpful and they offered baby cart without me asking for it, even though it was not in the booking site's description. Room was clean and large with big sofa in the corner. It was a bit hot in the night and somehow I could not manage to control the temperature in the room. Breakfast was fine but could be better.

The Best Western Harmonie provided good value for the money. It is not a deluxe hotel but our room was reasonably priced for its location and the amenities. The room was large and clean, had beds for three adults (not just a futon/sofa), along with a large bathroom (older fixtures) Our breakfast was good, with the potential to eat along the sidewalk or in a pleasant breakfast room. Parking is in an underground parking garage that is a short distance from the hotel (17 Euro a day). The hotel is NOT air conditioned so take that into account if you are travelling in the summer. From the hotel, there are about a half dozen restaurants within a short walking distance. The "D" tram line stops about 100 meters away and from there it is a short ride to the major attractions.

Finally, a warning: The parking enforcement in the area of the hotel is incredibly aggressive. As we unloaded the bags from our car while parked on the curb, a parking ticket was placed on the car. This was despite the best efforts of the hotel clerk to dissuade the Wien city employee, as well as my efforts as I came back down to the car. This happened in the space of 2 to 5 minutes. This was uncalled for and left a bad taste in my mouth along with a 21 Euro hole in my wallet. I now learn you can pick up a 10 minute loading chit/ticket from tobacconists for free, but I didn't know that at the time.

Out of all the hotels we stayed in, we just loved Best Western Hotel Harmonie. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The rooms were nice and clean..and as always as it seems for most Best Western Hotels - the Dove hand wash cream and Lux hand and body wash was provided for in their bathrooms. The ambiance in the breakfast buffet was wonderful and the food was delightful! There were no A/C in the rooms but the hotel was able to provide for us a fan. There were 3 of us in a room and I was glad to see that our extra bed came in a form of a nice real bed (not the folded ones in other hotels but a real bed!) in the corner of our room with a wall lamp of its own. Our room was very clean after it was made up and I really have no complaints about the hotel in general. The staff was very helpful and patient in assisting us with regards our inquiry on how to take the tram, bus and train to get to St. Stephen's Cathedral. However we chose to walk, which took us around 30 minutes or so. A bit exhausting. But still, we were very happy with the hotel and had a good rest after such a long walk.
