Honestly I'm not a big fan of hotel chains, so if it wasn't for a business trip, I probably wouldn't have picked this hotel in the first place. However, my first impression of the hotel was quite ok: friendly staff, a modern lobby, ok location (not far from the metrostation). Unfortunately, things got quite disappointing when I got into the room itself: it was small and old (not really a problem), but also not clean (problem). In the bathroom I found at least 4 black hairs, there were stains in and around the sink, there were no toiletries (which you would expect in a 4 star hotel), and basically it looked like they forgot to change the bedding of 1 of the beds. There were black hairs everywhere. Yuk. If I hadn't been extremely tired (I arrived at the hotel past midnight), I would have gone back to the reception to ask for another room, but since the other bed did seem clean I decided to let it be. The next morning I met some of my colleagues in the lobby: one of them had been in the same situation as me and had asked for another room (which they gave her), while another one was really enthusiastic about the spacious, modern room she had stayed in. Turns out that the entire hotel had been renovated, except for one floor. I didn't see the new rooms myself, but I guess this hotel is fine when you're staying in the renovated part. If not, it's basically a disappointment and def not worth the money.
