Good Location, friendly staff.
Close to city centre and convenient for food and sightseeing.
If prefer not to have breakfast in hotel, it is easy to get to the city centre and there is a lot of coffee shops there!
Close to subway, it takes about 10mins walk to subway.

Very good hotel with frendly stuff.It is near the center and you can go on foot.It was a good choice for us for Christmas.

During my different business trips to Vienna, I was able to see different hotels. As one of my favorites has no more smoking rooms, I tried this one. I just can agree with all the reviewers here: extremely friendly staff, centrally located and, lets say, Mercure quality. The room was not big but OK, and what surprised me most, even if it was faced to the street, with closed windows there was no noise to hear, which I liked. The breakfast, as in most hotels, pricey but excellent with a good choice. So for my next trips, I will definitely return. Also there are good restaurant's in walking distance, as well as already mentioned, all other attractions and locations. Thanks again to the great staff which made my stay excellent.

This hotel was a very unexpected (yet good) surprise. It has a nice location, away from the hustle of the city, yet walking distance to most places. The airport bus station is just a few minutes away. The hotel has all the basics covered, and then some - friendly and helpful staff, free wifi, nice (if a bit overpriced) breakfast buffet, free printing in the lobby (comes in handy when checking in your flights), baggage weight, clean rooms, free tea.. And did I mention the nice staff?
If anything, the rooms are a bit on the small side, and if you're on a high floor, it might take a while for the shower water to warm up. But really, i'm nitpicking here. All in all, abery pleasant stay. Stayed there for four nights with my son.
