I've stayed first at this hotel about 10 years ago and I find it excellent , and I've stayed since another 2-3- times . Now I'm sorry to say it needs a lot of improvement as it looks from another age . Furniture needs to be replaced , TV's are very old fashioned and with a limited no of channels , breakfast is basic , and it has an old atmosphere all around .

Check in efficient and very knowledgeable when asking directions to local company. Very well equipped room and comfortable bed. Room service superb - I ordered a meal and didn't even think it had been so long in arriving, but I got a telephone call to appologise and a glass of wine courtesy of HI. It only took about 35-40 minutes which I think is reasonable, but still a nice touch from HI. Would return and recommend.

Comfortable room, nice and friendly staff, and very good food.

Though its a little bit far from the city center, its not really a big deal about 10 mins or less cab ride is still worth it than hotels that are double the price.
I booked this a bunch of rooms for friends and the lady at the check in was very fast and efficient. The area is quite, its surround by business buildings so its quite during the weekend.
Lobby was very open and beside is a small bar.
Breakfast was good, nothing really special All of my friends were also very happy with the hotel.

Only thing though for me is that one of the puck lights in the washroom is not working and it was lose about to fall. Not really a big deal but it would be nice if this get fixed right away.

Overall I liked the hotel and its clean, when I visit Vienna again I might stay at this location again.
