This hotel had a central location in this small but beautiful town. It was easy to find and had underground parking which was charged for. The foyer was average but the staff did not seem to care whether we stayed there or not. The check in staff did not have very good English and could have benefitted from some customer service training. The rooms however were very spacious with modern decor and windows which opened wide. Ours had great views over the pretty square, church and mountains. The bathrooms needed renovating but nevertheless were practical.
We tried to dine in the restaurant but were told it was open only for the tour group staying in the hotel. Again, the English spoken by the restaurant staff was poor. We ended up going out. Breakfast was OK but could have been better if the staff had been welcoming and showed a little enthusiasm.
You can take lovely strolls from the hotel. There is a fast running river nearby and many beautiful little shops and restaurants. A castle overlooks the town.
My advice would be that the town is very worthwhile but it's probably best to stay in an alternative hotel.
